The following items cannot be exchanged or sent back for a refund: E-Liquids, Coil Units, Tanks/Atomizers. We will exchange any item found to be DOA or Defective from the factory for 7 days from receipt of your package. Test your item once you receive it to make sure there is no issues as this policy is enforced by our suppliers and it non-negotiable.
If you need to return an item or are unsatisfied in any way please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with an RMA number and instructions for how to return items from your order. All Returns the buyer pays return shipping costs which will then be reimbursed when the refund is approved.
Most orders go out within 24 hours of you placing the order. Shipment of E-Liquid orders have the possibility to take 1-3 business days to process. This is due to us being a small team dedicated to making all juices fresh to order exactly how you want them.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or to the states of Arkansas, Indiana, Utah, and Pennsylvania due to local laws. We apologize in advance about any inconvenience this may cause
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and size based. The shipping information of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.
Pickup In Store Policy
Pickup in store option will allow you to pickup most items we sell in store free of charge. There is different time frames depending on items ordered and location of pickup. Sometimes if an item is not stocked in the location you have selected but we have it in stock we will transfer it to your pickup destination. This process can take up to 24 hours. Lead time is noted when you select the pickup location. We may use SMS to send you a text message when your order is ready for pick up (You must provide a phone number). We will call you if there are any problems or delays with your order. *Pickup in store feature is still being tested, note there may be technical/stock issues while we iron out this feature, we appreciate your patients and understanding.
